How can FST improve our posture?

At this time of year, we are often caught with our heads bowed down to our phone, bowed down at our computers all day, and bowed down at the end of our hard work day.

Poor posture is sweeping epidemic afflicting almost every person in the world. The sight of a forward head position, rounded shoulders, internally rotated arms, and anterior-tilted pelvis is commonplace in offices, at restaurants, and in the gym. If these patterns are left unchecked, injury rates increase, breath and mood can be impeded, and performance diminished.

It’s time you find out how FST can put an end to this postural pandemic!

What Clients Say About Us

reviews for Performance Bodyworks Indio

This is like Magic!

I've been to see Chantel at Performance Bodyworks three times now over the past couple of months. I can't even begin to describe the magic she is able to do-- through her stretch therapy, she is able to release all the tension I have in the different parts of my body so I am able to walk out of her office feeling a million times better and less stressed than when I initially walked in. I'm able to achieve with her what I have never been able to achieve even with the deepest of deep tissue massages. If you have chronic tension/pain/knots, I would highly recommend you go to Performance Bodyworks for a stretch therapy session ASAP.
